2012 comes to a close....the puppy edition.

Well, as 2012 comes to a close, thought I would take a look back at an eventful year for all the Cardigans, of course starting with Skyla's puppies.

Jet:  Jet got back in the show ring in March after recovering from parvo.  April was a great month for Jet with winning Reserve Winner's dog at the National Specialty, shown beautifully by one of his favorite people Sherri Hurst.   Jet finished his championship in October and is taking a little break from showing to start working on his Rally Novice in 2013 but will probably start working on his Grand Championship in 2013 too.  Jet is the sweetest  boy and I just love my little man.

Stevie:  Well, Stevie is Stevie.  Full of herself and always looking to have fun.  She got her last major in March and place 3rd in her class in Sweeps and the Regular classes at Nationals.  Stevie finished her championship in May.  We have continued to work on her show skills and we have made good progress on her Grand Championship and the naughty girl even picked up her first Best of Breed.    I just love that wild child and have such a good time showing her.

Macy:  Macy had a really good summer and fall in the show ring.  She got her first Best of Breed from the classes and a Group 2, the first and only group placement from Skyla's puppies.  She picked up both majors and finished her Championship too.  A big thanks to Don and Jacque Glenn for showing Sky's pretty girl and giving her such a good home.

Rojo:  Rojo has been a busy boy in 2012.  He has gotten two herding titles from AKC and two more from other herding associations.  He is working on agility and obedience and I see more titles in his future.  Sandy has done a wonderful job with him and I feel so blessed that he has such a great home.  Love Skyla's handsome red boy..:)

Louie (aka Tanner):  Louie has been having a great time with his family in Michigan.  He became a certified therapy dog in Feb and has been doing that plus working on some obedience.   His family adore him and I feel very lucky that my pretty big brindle boy is so happy.
